The programme curriculum includes individual assignments, simulations, group projects & presentations to apply and demonstrate classroom learnings.
The capstone project will be industry-specific and will explore contemporary business issues. The topics will investigate the scope, impact, and limitations of incorporating new technological advancements such as artificial intelligence into operations and transformation practices. The project is an exercise that seeks to answer pressing questions and address areas of curiosity identified by participants.

The cumulative overall percentage of marks should be 50% and above. Those participants who do not meet these criteria will receive a certificate of participation from IIM Lucknow. No certificate shall be awarded if the attendance is less than 40%.
