This project will let you work on a real-world HR problem as a team. The purpose of this project will be to investigate a real-world HR management problem & suggest solutions and approaches, as a CHRO. You can work on topics such as HR Role in Organizational Design and Change Management, Developing a Digital-First Workforce, Talent Management, and Employee Experience to name a few. This project will strengthen your HRM acumen and leadership skills.
