The purpose of this project will be to investigate a real-world HR management problem & suggest solutions and approaches, as a CHRO. A chief human resources officer (CHRO) is an executive who oversees the management of an organsation’s people, which includes creating and enforcing the labor practices and policies that impact them. A company may refer to a CHRO as a chief people officer or chief personnel officer or employ someone who fulfills this role under a different title, such as vice president of human resources. The role of the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) has undergone transformation over the last decade. Recognising this paradigm shift, modern CHROs role has shifted and expanded beyond their usual responsibilities.

This IIM CHRO course stands out due to its comprehensive curriculum that equips new and aspiring CHROs with the leadership skills. It is taught by renowned IIM Lucknow faculty and industry experts, offering both theoretical and practical insights. The inclusion of a 4-day campus immersion further enhances the learning experience.

Upon successful completion of the programme, with a minimum 75% attendance and satisfactory academic performance, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion and will be eligible to receive IIM Lucknow’s Executive Alumni Status (optional). The cumulative overall percentage of marks should be 50% and above. Those participants who do not meet these criteria will receive a certificate of participation from IIM Lucknow. No certificate shall be awarded if the attendance is less than 40%.

The IIML CHRO programme includes a 4-day campus immersion wherein participants can collaborate and network with like-minded peers and CXOs. The programme's delivery is live online during which the participants can interact with peers from their cohorts.

Upon completion of the programme, participants will need to register with a one-time registration fee of INR 10,000 + GST to receive the prestigious IIM Lucknow Executive Alumni Status (optional).
